The Fighter Collection licenses technology to Symbiotics for ADAPT
ADAPT is an innovative, intelligent selection and assessment tool. Currently deployed in the selection of both civil and military pilots; ADAPT is the only immersive, contextual tool that elicits real-life behaviours indicative of operational performance.
As part of the physical assessment, ADAPT employs a version of TheBattleSim to generate scenario based missions. The cockpit environment tests a candidate's physical skills and their ability to control a 3D space whilst assessing the ability to 'think and do' concurrently.
With the help of this simulation, ADAPT has achieved astonishing results in selecting candidates from entry level through to Captains as well as rotary wing and fast jet pilots across the globe.

I/ITSEC 2009
At I/ITSEC 2009 (http://www.iitsec.org/), The Fighter Collection will be demonstrating a version of "The Battle Simulator" focused on the A-10C. The A-10C simulation will be demonstrated on CH Product's new A-10C High Fidelity Hands On Throttle and Stick (HOTAS) system for Military Desktop Simulation applications.
"The Battle Simulator" provides modules that operate on stand-alone or networked PC's and offers military clients unprecedented levels of realism, portability, functionality, and cost effectiveness previously not available on commercial hardware. Training modules offered include:
Systems Training (e.g. cockpit procedures training in a synthetic environment)
Procedures and tactics
Mission planning and rehearsal (e.g. forward air control and forward observer - FACSE and Joint Fires modules)
"Proof of Concept" integrated UAV trainer for pilot and sensor workstations.
